To having a happier future don’t matter what because you can smile everyday because of one thing. There is always something that will make you happy and make your day special and unique.

Don’t matter the event is through your life you hae to be happy and enjoy it.

Roles in Life

On 8^th grade I fought with the one I called my best friend, we were never ever able to be best friends again. At first it was hard; someone who has been during all my life with me, in some of my worst moments disappears from one day to another was hard. Then I there was this shy girl in my class, I never thought she could turn to be my best friend. We started knowing each other, suddenly we became best friends, have gone through many things together.

When my cousin comes to my family she was two years old, she was a troublemaker and my aunt left her at my house every day. I got to babysit her during four hours, four hours in my life running behind a hyperactive two year old kid. Since the weeks passed my aunt noticed that my brother and I should not babysit a kid. Then the next week she stopped bringing her daughter home.

As an enemy of someone, this year a 7^th grade girl started hating me. It all started when his best friend became my best friend. She got jealous of me, because I toked his best friend away and I didn’t know until the past two weeks. When she shouted at my name putting me ridiculous nicknames. That day my best friend told me everything. Why she hated me and with the past of days she became my enemy. I went to talk with her, and the only thing she did was telling me those names.

That moment in My Life When...

That day when I was on church because of my religion class, he told me he will set next to me, he did. He looked at me with those black, big, and beautiful eyes he has. He made me tickles all the Mass, they told him to stop, but he didn’t. That moment I realized he tried to hold my hand I got nervous, I didn’t knew what to do, we didn’t hold hands that day. My friend asked me of what he tried and if he did and I told her everything. For the rest of the afternoon he told me if I would let him do that, I agreed. That happened that Wednesday, if only I never told my friend about what happen my friendship with him now will be different. It started out as an ordinary day, but then he only thing was missing in my life was him.

Feelings and More Feelings...

Disappointments:

·        I thought he was the perfect man until I notice what he realy was.

·        Failing an exam I thought I was going to do well.

Accomplishments:

·        Finally I got what I wanted, his love, his hand, and all his hugs.

Conflicts:

·        Fighting with my best friend because his boyfriend hated me.

·        Telling something I never shouldn’t, broke a very important relationship because of that.

Fears:

·        Loose someone important.

·        Falling in love.

Luck (or lack, thereof):

·        Finding 20 dollars on the street.

·        Finding out a friend you don’t know him in person in in something with you.

Enemies:

·        The one that took my last guy of me.

·        My best friend’s boyfriend.

Gratitude:

Him.

Meeting amazing people this year.

Jealousy:

The day he disappeared in the dark with a girl.

When a friend of me is now his girlfriend.

I thought he was a perfect man until I notice what he realy was. He was a liar. Made everyone fell in love with him, Tell every girl she was perfect and that he loved her when I'm not sure if it was a lie but he hurt you any way. texted you every day and make you feel special. when younever expect what he will do to you in tthe future
when i ffought with mu best friend because there was someone who told her I was talking bad about her. She got mad at me for somehing I never did. we fought for months now in our group there were three. she left us. For months we didnt talk, we ignore ourselves.Until oneday she opened her eyes and came to be my friend again. 

All About My Life

I was loved by my family. Have a great life. I’m thankful.

My childhood was awesome. Amazing school. I got many true friends.

In 4^th grade my parents divorced. My world came down. This was a terrible experience.

My friends supported me. Guide me to the light. This is just in the past.

Through many years my life was calm. Until I met this guy.  He made me change.

Nobody knew about him. When he broke my heart they knew. It was too late.

Until now a day he is a painful memory. He was an amazing friend. Now I barely talk.

Where is the Necklace?

Guy Maupassant’s short story, “The Necklace”, Is about a women that is ambitious for attention and being envied. His husband has been invited to a grand party of his work with his wife, Mathilde. She will do everything to look amazing for that part and her friend lend her a necklace, at the party she succeeded but the necklace was lost.

His imagery texts are very strong such as:

Instead of being delighted, as her husband hoped, she threw the invitation on the table with disdain, murmuring:

“What do you want me to do with that?”

“But, my dear, I thought you would be glad. You never go out, and this is such a fine opportunity.

This appeals to the senses of sight and sound because it describes it perfectly how it reacts with the letter.

“No; there’s nothing more humiliating than to look poor among other women who are rich.” pg.2

This reveals that Mathilde is whats people attention and to be the top star of everything. That’s why she just wants expensive things and stand out among others.

I enjoy reading this short story because karma happened to Mathilde for being so anvicious. 

Finally the Sun is Here

“All Summer in a Day”, a short story by Ray Bradbury; people are leaving in Venus, there, rain never stops, the last time they saw the sun it was seven years ago. At school kids are learning about the sun, making essays and poems. Margot, a girl who has lived on Earth two years ago, shared all her memories with his classmates but they don’t believe her.
Ray Bradbury has strong imagery in his short stories, for example 

 “It had been raining for seven years; thousands upon        thousands of days compounded and filled from one end to the other with rain, with the drum and gush of water, with the sweet crystal fall of showers and the concussion of storms so heavy they were tidal waves come over the islands. A thousand forests had been crushed under the rain and grown up a thousand times to be crushed again.” pg.1

The author, here appeals to the senses of sight and sound it explains how forests crush. Also using the phrase “with the drums and gush of water” you can imagine how the rain falls and the sound when it gets to the floor. 

“Then, for the first time, she turned and looked at him. And what she was waiting for was in her eyes.
"Well, don’t wait around here !" cried the boy savagely. "You won’t see nothing!" Her lips moved.
"Nothing !" he cried. "It was all a joke, wasn’t it?" He turned to the other children. "Nothing’s happening today. Is it ?" They all blinked at him and then, understanding, laughed and shook their heads.” pg.2

This reveals that Margot, the main character, is weak. With all those terrible things his classmates do to her, and she doesn’t tell a word. But when she tries to tell something Margot stays mute and William laughs at her.

I love Bradbury because his endings are unexpected and leave you with questions and want to know more about it. 

Can Jonas Free the Memories?

“I was only asking about release because my father is releasing a newchild today. A twin. He has to select one and release the other one. They do it by weight” Jonas glanced at the clock.

Jonas was wondering how release was made, so he asked the Giver, he wanted to know about this private ceremony, each private ceremony is recorded so they asked to the speaker to play it. When he started watching it he saw both babies, his dad was there, he weights them and one was heavier than the other one. The woman that was there took the baby with her and left the one that was being released. He saw his father taking to the baby then he injected something in the forehead! After the syringe was fully gone the expression the baby had was terrible! It remembered Jonas the guy that was killed in war. Now he knew his father killed an innocent baby!!!!! He was crying, he didn’t want to go home this was such a socking thing that the giver told Jonas to stay this night at his dwelling.  The speaker was told to notify his family but with a fake reason. Jonas can’t believe what he had seen, he knew Fiona had to do the same thing but with old people and she will never knew she was killing someone because they were toughed to do it like there was nothing wrong. After having dinner the giver told Jonas a plan. This consisted in free al the memories that he had he will be trained to do this the Giver will stay in the Gabe was going to be released! He wascommunity and the receiver will go to free them. It was a perfect plan until Jonas knew n’t going to let his father do that so he changed the plans and leave earlier from his dwelling to save him, he stole his father’s bike and started his expedition to elsewhere. In his road he experience many things, he saw planes that might be looking for them, but also beautiful things he saw birds, a deer and an animal that he didn’t know the name. He experienced hunger and real pain when he falled but the most amazing thing he saw was snow a hill and a sled he went on it holding Gabriel in the coldness and went down the hill when they get there he saw a house, trees with colored lights and heard music,...

“I won’t! I won’t go home! You can make me! Jonas sobbed and shouted and pounded the bed with his fists.”

“For the first time, he heard something that he knew to be music. He heard people singing.Behind him, across the vast distances of space and time, from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only and echo.”

What I can see in the first quote is that when Jonas didn’t want to go home was for a giant reason. The pain he was holding, to know your father has killed someone and he didn’t knew what he was doing was devastating. Having to hold too much pain has to be like that, sometimes cry and, others, just be brave but in this case this was the time to cry. And in the other quote what was Lois trying to tell us in the end of the story? What happened did he finally get to elsewhere? Because it never said that, all the memories he had earned with the giver became true he saw amazing things but at the end what happened the echo….

Jonas did his mission! his plan succed!

At the end of this book I had to do the final choice on it. Did Jonas succeed? I’m optimist and I thought he did it; all this journey through elsewhere makes him stronger make him experience amazing things we don’t appreciate every day. But for me he did get it because at the end he heard and saw everything that he learned and received as a memory.

Painful Memories, Make situations of Joy Change

"The Giver looked up at him, his face contorted with suffering "please," he gasped, "take some pain."

That day Jonas knew he will be sent home the Giver was rigid in his chair, Jonas was about to leave, but before he asked the Giver if he might need some help and he told him that please take the pain that was struggling him. Jonas went to the bed take his tunic off and the Giver placed his hands in his back, when the memory started he was confused, he saw a kid asking him if wanted water, after that he saw the boy in his uniform with fresh blood coming out of him! then again, the boy's chest, also Jonas arm felt some pain. This memory was called the memory of war, people died in there, had panic and feel this painful feeling he felt in his arm. The next day Jonas didn't wanted to go back to the Annex but he knew he had to go, so he went. The giver felt sorry for transmitting that memory, that day he just give him happy memories such as a birthday party and the Giver´s favorite, a holiday called Christmas. In that memory Jonas learned what were grand parents and a feeling called love. When he came home he ask his parents if they loved him, and her mother corrected him and told him to use precise language because loving was just a word to them, not a feeling. A random holiday came, people in the community stop working that day, there was no school or volunteer hours. In the holiday Lilly came ant told she was angry because other kid broke the rules while playing in the playing center, but Jonas knew she wasn't angry she had other feeling because he now has experienced the real one. Jonas saw his friend Asher, and then he saw other children's playing a warfare game shooting each other this lead Jonas to depression, after they notice something was wrong with him they fought, also he felt loss the thugs with his childhood friends were different now he was also feeling loss. One year after his selection has passed it was December again! Wow!! One year that he was experiencing this memories! A day Jonas ask for about release, and the Giver told him that he can apply for release after training him and then.... He was told that before the last receiver the in e that failed and people never talk about the new receiver could apply for release. They started talking about the last receiver, she was a girl an intelligent and eager to knowing about memories. Her name was Rosemary. The Giver loved her she was always enthusiastic when he transmit memories, when the time to transmit the painful memories come it broke his heart. The giver did it because of his work, he gaved him the feeling of loneliness, and loss since then she changed.

" I felt angry because someone broke the play area rules,"  Lily had said once, making the first with her small him to indicate her fury" 

"you can't understand, then that is what I felt for Rosemary," The Giver explained. " I loved her."

 What I can know about the community life is that they have a perfect life! Getting mad when someone breaks rules? Is something that doesn't cause anger to someone. As Jonas said she wasn't feeling that because she hasn't experience it correctly she was feeling shallow impatience and exasperation. Also the Giver's love for Rosemary was very strong, she told so many wonderful things about her what she did, her failure when she applied to release and injected her self the Guver thought it was his fault. He had made her a girl with many happy memories but the painful ones make her change make her view the world prom another perspective.

Maybe in next chapters... Fiona, Jonas and Asher will be friends againg, people will know about release what is it and what was the name of the last reciever. People in the community will know the truth, why do they hide rhings for them in the next posts you will know if my prediction was correct or no!
